Walton County Fleet Ops – “Mojo” Building
DeFuniak Springs, Florida

Transforming the Former Mojo Building into a Functional Fleet Operations Facility
Empire Builders Group completed the Walton County Fleet Operations Renovations project, commonly referred to as the Mojo Building, for the Walton County Board of County Commissioners.
The project involved renovating and reconfiguring the former Mojo building into a new fleet maintenance facility for Walton County Public Works. The work was designed to support county vehicle maintenance operations, improve internal office function, and create more practical service areas within the existing building.
This renovation required coordination across multiple building systems, including office space, warehouse areas, maintenance bays, roofing, HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, and site access improvements.
