INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
Review the Minimum Coverage Requirements Before Submitting Bid Information
Empire Builders Group requires subcontractors performing work under contract to maintain the minimum insurance coverages outlined in the insurance requirements document. General Liability must name Empire Builders Group as additional insured. Please review all requirements with your insurance agent prior to bidding to confirm compliance.
- General Liability on an occurrence form
- Each Occurrence: $1,000,000
- Personal and Advertising Injury: $1,000,000
- General Aggregate: $2,000,000
- Products Completed Operations Aggregate: $2,000,000
- Auto Liability Combined Single Limit: $1,000,000
- Workers’ Compensation statutory limits required
- Empire Builders Group must be named as additional insured
- Waiver of subrogation required where applicable
