A New Visitor-Focused Facility for One of Florida’s Premier State Parks
Empire Builders Group was selected for the Grayton Beach State Park New Concession Building project for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
Located along Scenic Highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, Grayton Beach State Park is one of Northwest Florida’s most recognized outdoor recreation destinations. The new concession building project supports the park’s visitor experience by adding functional public-use space, food service support areas, accessible restrooms, storage, parking, and related site improvements.
The project includes the construction of a new concession building and parking area, along with the sitework and supporting infrastructure needed to serve daily park operations and public use.
