Phased Construction for a Mission-Critical Public Safety Facility
Miramar Beach Fire Station
Built for the South Walton Fire District, the Miramar Beach Fire Station was designed and constructed to support the needs of emergency personnel while allowing operations to remain active throughout the project. The completed facility includes a 5,186-square-foot bunk house and a 4,900-square-foot engine bay, delivered through a carefully managed phased construction approach.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
This project was completed in two phases to allow the fire district to continue serving the community during construction. Phase I focused on construction of the bunk house. Phase II included demolition of the existing station and construction of the new engine bay, with a temporary pole barn used to house emergency vehicles during the transition.
The Miramar Beach Fire Station reflects Empire Builders Group’s ability to plan and execute complex work in operational environments where coordination, sequencing, and flexibility are essential.
